BK11 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the bk11 platform available at bk11.pw. They set out the basis on which bk11 provides its services, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, promotions and the VIP programme. These terms apply to all forms of access — desktop, mobile browser and any future applications.

By accessing or using any part of the bk11 platform you enter into a binding agreement with bk11 under these terms. These terms take effect from the date of your registration and continue for as long as your account remains active or until they are superseded by an updated version.

bk11 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continuing to use the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

In the event of a conflict between these general terms and any specific rules published on a particular section of the site (such as betting rules or bonus terms), the specific rules take precedence for that section.

2. Account Registration

To place bets or play casino games on bk11 you must register for an account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering for personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor or affiliate of bk11 or any related entity.
• You are not a previous account holder whose account was closed due to a breach of these terms.

Each individual may hold only one account on bk11. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bk11 reserves the right to close the additional accounts, retain any bonus balances and review transactions carried out across those accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. Do not share your account details with anyone. bk11 will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. bk11 may ask you to verify your identity at any point — including before processing a withdrawal — by requesting a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of payment method. Providing false information at registration or during verification is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You must keep your account information up to date. If your contact details, payment method or personal information changes, update your account promptly. bk11 is not responsible for failed communications or payments resulting from outdated account information.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on bk11 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. Your account balance, betslip stakes, casino wagers and all winnings are displayed and settled in PKR.

Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include:

• Raast instant payment system
• Bank transfer
• Debit cards and mobile wallets

Deposits are credited to your bk11 account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with the transaction reference and your payment provider details.

Withdrawal requests are processed after your account has completed identity verification. Once approved, withdrawals are transferred to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with support. VIP Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing, meaning their requests are handled ahead of standard queue.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in your account at the time of the transaction. bk11 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

bk11 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of address or confirmation of the payment method. Funds will not be released until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits made to bk11 are for betting and gaming purposes only. Attempting to use bk11 as a payment processing facility — depositing and withdrawing without placing bets or playing games — is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

4. Betting Rules

bk11 offers sports betting markets across cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports, tennis and other sports. Both pre-match and live in-play betting are available across eligible markets.

All bets are accepted subject to the following conditions:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the bk11 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute valid bets.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, unless the bet was placed after an event has already started in error.
• bk11 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, any account or any specific event. High-value accounts or accounts showing unusual betting patterns may have individual stake limits applied.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live data feed accuracy. Where a live bet is inadvertently accepted after the relevant event has concluded, bk11 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.
• Where a market is settled incorrectly due to a technical error or data feed issue, bk11 reserves the right to re-settle the market based on the correct official result.

Cricket markets on bk11 — including PSL, T20I and Test cricket — are settled based on officially confirmed results from the governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced or altered by weather or other circumstances, settlement rules as stated in the relevant market description will apply.

Acca (accumulator) bets and parlay bets are available on eligible markets. Each leg of an accumulator must be settled for the overall bet to be resolved. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the void selection.

5. Casino & Live Casino

The bk11 casino section offers slots, table games, video poker and progressive jackpot titles from third-party game providers. The live casino section offers real-time dealer tables for baccarat, blackjack, roulette and game show formats, available 24 hours a day.

All casino games on bk11 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the game supplier. bk11 does not independently alter game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are as set by the respective provider and are not modified by bk11.

The following conditions apply to casino play on bk11:

• Minimum and maximum bet sizes per game are set by the game provider and displayed within the game interface.
• Progressive jackpot amounts are determined and paid by the game provider. bk11 passes jackpot winnings directly to the winning player's account.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the round result will be determined by the game server and settled accordingly once connection is restored.
• If a game error occurs — such as a display glitch, incorrect payout display or a malfunction of the game engine — the round may be voided and stakes returned. bk11 is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions outside its control.
• Attempting to exploit game bugs, glitches or software errors for financial gain is a breach of these terms and will result in account action.

Live casino tables may have seat or bet limits. Where a table is full or temporarily unavailable, you may be placed on a waiting list or directed to an alternative table. Live dealer game results are final once the round is closed by the dealer.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bk11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, odds boosts on cricket and PSL fixtures, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All current promotions are listed on the Promotions page.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all bk11 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games or markets are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Withdrawal trigger: Requesting a withdrawal while an active bonus is in play may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. Check the specific promotion terms before making a withdrawal request.
• Eligible payment methods: Some bonuses are only available when depositing via specific payment channels. Deposits made through non-eligible channels will not trigger the associated bonus.

bk11 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or expire any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively participating, the terms at the time of opt-in will govern that player's participation up to the point of withdrawal.

Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including opening multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will result in the bonus being cancelled, associated winnings being voided and the account being reviewed.

7. VIP Programme

The bk11 VIP Club rewards players across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progress through the tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity across both sports betting and casino sections. VIP benefits include odds boosts, cashback on losses, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, priority withdrawal processing and — at Platinum and Diamond level — a dedicated account manager. VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account that has earned them.

bk11 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, modify benefits or restructure the programme at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to the VIP programme via account notification or email. Continued participation after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised programme structure.

VIP status may be downgraded if account activity falls below the threshold required to maintain the current tier over a defined review period. The review period and maintenance thresholds are stated on the VIP page. Players who are subject to account restrictions or are under investigation for a breach of these terms will have their VIP benefits suspended for the duration of any review.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk11. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account per individual, household or device.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tool that interacts with the bk11 platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games or any other interactive product.
• Placing bets based on knowledge obtained through match-fixing, insider information or any corrupt arrangement.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or using stolen, fraudulent or disputed funds to deposit.
• Attempting to launder funds through the bk11 platform.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening bk11 staff or other players in any communication channel.

9. Privacy & Data

bk11 collects and processes personal data as part of the account registration, identity verification and payment processing workflows. The types of data collected include your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and records of your betting and gaming activity on the platform.

Personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and improve the platform experience. bk11 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

bk11 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uninterrupted service, bk11 does not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, delays or interruptions at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk11 will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions to third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these terms, including account suspension or bonus cancellation.
• Losses arising from your sharing of account credentials with any third party.

Nothing in these terms limits bk11's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where bk11 is found liable for direct losses, that liability is capped at the amount deposited into your account in the thirty days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

bk11 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform is for adults aged 18 and over only. bk11 actively encourages all players to approach betting and casino gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available within your bk11 account:

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the bk11 platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Where a change to these terms affects an active promotion, an active bonus or an in-progress VIP tier cycle, the terms that were in place at the time you opted in to that promotion or entered that VIP cycle will continue to apply until that cycle concludes, unless the change is required by law or regulation.
